First, echo what the other have said, one pound a week is a healthy rate to lose weight! You are suceeding. Your BF however, is losing a radical amount of weight that is unsustainable. I don't know about making your own but YES most of these things have suguar. I'm buying Premier Protein Drink with 30 Grams Protein and 160 Calories. Also Detour Lower Sugar bars are awesome with 15 Grams Protein and 1 G sugar.
