A few of my friends swore it was difficult but I personally had a very good experience... however,I had a lot of weight to lose in the first place. When I got the OK to star exercising I was 200lbs. I breast fed for a solid year and dropped over 50lbs. The first 4 months I didn't really exercise at all because I couldn't…

Thank you guys!!! Always a little nerve wracking posting pictures of yourself like that publicly but.... gotta put it behind you and be proud of where you are or are heading!

WHOA! My jaw actually dropped when I saw your first "after" picture and "WOW!" blurted out of my mouth. Amazing and inspiring. Congratulations on truly taking charge of your own destiny and changing your life for the better.

Mom of 2 toddlers. Started around 215... currently 140. Hope to eventually lose 10 more pounds.
-
You can look at my profile... I'm about 5'4 and at 140lbs.

Check out my pictures on my profile! I went from 215ish lbs down to 140lbs. Still drank diet soda, ate my ice cream if I had calories left over and ate lean cuisines daily for lunches. You don't have to eat like a bunny rabbit or our ancestors to lose weight. Just burn more than you consume and make good choices.

LOL! I did keep them! But, I've been nursing my son throughout this whole experience so that is probably a big reason why! I went from a 42/44 DD to 36/38DD... Hoping once he's weaned in a couple months I can fit into a D lol

Thanks everyone!

I'm 5'3 and have what I call a "sturdy" build lol I carry it all over but I have thick legs and I'm really busty. SW: 214 CW: 154 GW:160 UGW: 140 I hit 160 and wasn't happy with how I looked so decided to try for 140. Although I'm short, because of my build, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get under 130 and be able to…

Great job!! You both look fantastic!!! I looooove that pic of you in your old pants :D

Good for you! I feel the same. I'd like my arms to be a bit sculpted, but I do not desire a firm body... just a smaller, healthier one lol

I haven't cut out anything completely but my favorite non-diet friendly food is ice cream, for SURE. I can either have the 1/2 cup serving size of REAL ice cream like ben and jerrys, or buy light stuff and get a whole cup. The other day I split one of those chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches with my husband. Hit…
