Thank you so much for posting! I just had my 2nd in April. Still breastfeeding and trying to lose weight. I've been successful thus far but 4 months in I sure could use some motivation! Unfortunately I got caught by the stretch mark monster so won't be quite as lucky as you but I will certainly try. You look wonderful!

1200 worked for me previously BUT I wasn't exercising. I was eatting 1200 a day (I tried to never go under that) and since I wasn't exercising, my body was getting what it "needed". If I was doing 1200 plus exercising, I'd either up my daily calorie intake, or eat back some of my exercise calories.

The day I can fit into a size 8/10. I was an 18 when I started... currently a 14.

I'm 5'3... Started at 214, weighed in at 168 yesterday.

I ran a mile. My time wasn't grand (12:24), I had to walk a few times, and I felt like I might die when I was done but went out and DID IT!

Great job!! You look awesome! I'm having the same issue... I'm losing everywhere but I carry it in my stomach so much more now after kids. We can do this!! WOO!

I think a big part of it is the embarrassment of what was "before". When people compliment me about HOW much I've lost, I feel like they KNOW how big I used to be and it makes me bummed that I ever let myself get that way... or that they had noticed how big I had gotten.
