1. A man, 2. much bigger than you, is going to have way more calories. My hubby is 6'2" 250-260lbs. There is no way I could eat as much as he does. Nor would I want to. Don't worry about how much more he gets, you don't need that much and you will be happy when you start to see the pounds drop off. Good luck!!! :smile:

Someone just gave me one of the super basic ones. I'm still learning the ropes. Is there really no way to adjust your BMI to be accurate? I guarantee that you have more time for exercise. You just have to decide that its important enough to make it a priority. I "never" had time to workout a few years ago. But once I decided it was important to me, I found the time. I'm working the same job, raising the same family, but I workout.

I have had no problem using mine in front of my family. It is an example of a healthy lifestyle. If you want to learn proper portion sizes, it is a necessary tool. I want my daughter to know that there are proper portion sizes.

When I have that issue, I google it. I find the most reputable source for actual nutritional values for food. A medium banana is about 105-110 calories, so if its smaller, go with 80-85.

Is this really happening right now? Leg day is to work leg muscles, not to burn the fat off of just legs. Arm day is to work on your biceps, triceps, etc. You are not going in to burn fat off of those specific areas. GAWD, I wish that worked! I'd have thigh day everyday!!! Tomorrow is belly day!! Yeah!!
