I try to stay close to my goal most days, but I feel as long as I'm under for the week that I'm doing fine. Some days I get a super workout in and have way more cals that I want to eat, and some time things come up and I miss a workout, so I if I go over on cals thats fine because it balances out. I'm not going to starve…

Absoultely! As long as you add an addition 700-1000 calories to that. Your welcome.

My HRM always says way more than the formula, and I didn't like the results. And because I tend to eat back my burned cals, I like to err on the lower burn side. I use it religiously for everything else, but I won't wear it for lifting.
-
HRM don't really count cals burned accuritly for weight lifting. This is the formula that I use. Good luck! "Determine the intensity value of your weight training. A bodybuilding level of effort is vigorous and burns 0.055 calories per pound per minute. Circuit training with weights burns 0.042 calories per pound per…

There is a bar code scanner, unless you haven't updated your app in like 2 years. What are you using?

Don't even worry about your protein. You need it, it's good for your muscle repair. And it's normal for protein to be over.

Lead by example. That is how I feel. If she comes over needing to talk with wine, let her talk with wine, while you sip your water. "no thanks" works wonders. Or tell her "we can talk, but lets go walking while we do it." Go to your favorite restaurant with her, let her order whatever she wants, you get something healthy.…

I cover ALL my dates with bacon... ;-) ::rawr::

The kind with BACON, of course! Just like my quinoa.

You are very welcome! It's nice to see someone taking advice with a smile!! :-)

Sorry, but yes what they said is true. You are not eating enough calories and what you are eating is a lot of junk. Swap your marshmellow cereal for eggs and turkey bacon, maybe some whole grain toast with that. Loaded baked potatoe, try plain, or maybe just one topping, you could even try plain greek yogurt instead of…
