  • GRANOLA! I say it over and over! I swear by granola in yogurt if you want to feel fuller longer.   • No one said anything about getting "wrecked". I enjoy heavy beers. They have alot of calories. After 3 it's probably around 500 or 600 calories. My goal calories are only 1260.
