Jack3d is good to although the new formula is not as great as the old. I also use Superdrive, Xpand, and C4. I have heard that n.o. explode and assault are also good. Also, and maybe I'm wrong here....but being "natty" refers to the use of steroids, not pwo.

So many emotions, to be honest. Shame, embarrassment, disgust, and disbelief. But then I also feel proud, confident and strong for getting to where I am. There is also a good shot of disbelief that this is really me....that I'm not still that girl. It can be very emotional.

Go by how your body feels....if you feel okay, then you can train every day. Alternate cardio and weights day by day if you like, but really, given that you are mucking around on the machines and you are new to it, you will be fine for now. What you should do sooner rather than later, is get yourself on a full body lifting…

Just eat normal meals. You won't be able to maintain on so little and it's just not sustainable. Each meal have protein, carbs, and fats. You will feel full for longer and you will have a better chance of being successful long term. I mean what you described is next to nothing...that is not good. Good luck.

You're not in a caloric deficit. Start weighing, measuring, and logging every single thing that goes in your mouth. Not drinking soda is not magically going to make you lose weight.
