Sorry....but pretty much you just have to do it. I get up at 5, put on my workout clothes, have a cup of coffee and then I'm in my gym by about 530. You really just have to create the habit. Once you start doing it, it will no longer seem so difficult.

What is your calorie goal and are you meeting it daily? How active are you and are you eating exercise calories back? Are you logging everything that goes in your mouth? Weighing and measuring your food? I tried to take a look at your diary but it's locked....
