It's pretty late in the month, so I set weekly goals. I plan to jog/walk 10 miles a week. Does anyone know of a mileage tracker that would keep count for the week or month? Today I ran to the gym, hit the treadmill, and ran back home. My APP records distance, so I would need to manually enter treadmill time. Any pointers?

Water!!! Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day over the next three days. You will excrete the weekend weight!

I understand, the darkness is hard to deal with, I didn't get outside until 5pm so I could only get a couple miles in on a lit track. I have invested in a few at home workouts to help me stay active.

Yes!! I am in. Started exercising and eating right, doing a juice cleanse starting Thursday... I am looking to loose 18-22 lbs by Christmas- That is only 2.5 a week. I can do it!!

What I know for a fact is that it is disgusting... If you contacy beachbody they will give you a free pack for trial purposes. Long story short, I still have most of it.

Firstly, I am so sorry, this sounds awful. However, you need to see a physician- other than the one that gave you antibiotics. You are clearly retaining water, have the doctor check your lungs and heart. God Bless!

Diet sodas never actually made me gain weight, I am not even sure why some people say that, however, I have also been craving all the bad foods, and I have not been drinking anything but water! So, I am not sure if it is fair to blame the diet coke, but if you think it is a factor, give it up, no need loosing progress over…

Well, it only makes sense that your body is used to a specific amount of calories a day. Eating 200 calories over on your 1 rest day a week should not make you gain weight. I think over all, it will balance out.
