you can still go out and eat healthy at the same time. every place you eat out at now has salads. opt for that if they dont have more healthy options. and if they are eating a huge cake or icecream in front of you , just say no thank you and imagine them 500 pounds - smile and say eat up butter cup!

when ever I find i have slacked on workouts or i am having to force myself to work out. I just put on a pair of jeans i am saving for when i get to my goal weight. when i see how much more i have to lose it makes me run to pop in the zumba lol

i was n the same boat for a while. dont give up. your body is just trying to hold on to the calories your giving it. try drinking more water and keep doing what your doing, the weight will start falling off. keep up the good work . we all will reach our fitness goals together

I have always wondered of they ar healthy too. every thing in modration i guess. I guess i just need to stick to eating at home andeat salad and grilled chicken from now until the end of time. Lol in the mean time i guess it it taste good i will just have to spit it out lol
