As soon as I get off work, sometimes as late as 9pm and stay at the gym until I reach my goal which is usually to burn about 500cal.

50 mins of cardio 5 days a week which usually consists of 30 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins on the eliptical. I do strength training 3x a week (m,w,f) upper body, abs, then lower body the third day.
