That a very good obsession to have as it is proven that grapefruits help boost your metabolism! If you eat one before or with every meal, you'll feel a noticeable difference in your digestive system within a week (or so I've heard). I'm no expert though :P

7 or 8 am on weekdays and whenever I wake up on the weekends :) I try to make breakfast the biggest meal of the day which, and I'm sure most of you agree, can be hard since we aren't naturally hungry right after waking up.
