I would say the same as a few others have said... slowly add some calories (using regular, rather than light/FF items can help with that). Don't worry initially if you gain a little weight. Some of it will be water weight. Do it slowly and your body will adjust. Good luck!

Okay, now stop beating yourself up! What's done is done. From this moment on, remember to make yourself a priority. Really figure out what your ultimate goal is (like.... being healthy and able to live an active and happy life), write it, and focus on that.
