if you are doing steps and find it too high calorie that u burn off...i normally log in 30 minutes steps but actually im doing 60 minutes steps with same rest intervals... so its like making sense .... n since i started working out, i didnt eat my exercises calorie before... just that i have to learn to eat clean....

from what i have learned from my trainer.. he say within one hour of your workout its advisable not to eat anything cause your body cells are active so the food you eat , will then be absorb and retain by the body cells... so it will lead to weight increase. Get your clothes thighten ....just for temporarily , turn ur clothes upside down then get thread and stitch it tighter from inside. U can cut off excess unwanted piece and there u go...fit clothes...

u can try doin aerobics for high impact for 5 minutes then cool down for 2 min and get back to high impact again... play with your body metabolism... try including oats in your food... have oni oats at dinner and have a healthy breakfast... try and see...
