I was stuck for almost 3 or 4 weeks a while ago so I know how frustrating it can feel. Stick with it though, maybe mix it up - both food and exercise and you will suddenly see a difference. I also monitored my sodium and sugar way down and that made a big difference for me. Best t0 you - stay strong (and healthy)

Don't despair! Be proud of your choice to make a healthy decision today! I eat a ton of food most days....my choices are different, more healthy, clean foods, but you are not going to starve if you make the better choices. I did the same a few times and once it was completely accurate, the second was pretty darn close. It is just a guide though, it really depends on your future 5-week behavior

Im 5'8" and 136...depends on the clothes but I wear anything from a 6-10 but usually 8 works. hope this helps I still have a tummy so if the clothing is very fitted I usually have to go to the next size. I'm working on it though haha. Good luck

That's a lot of eating out. I love fiber one with vanilla yogurt or berries and milk for breakfast. push ups...I know they are hard. Do them against the wall for starters, girlie type next and then balls out real push ups...really helps the arms, shoulders, boobs and tummy.
