best move for armpit fat roll
Does anyone have an idea what would be the best weight excercise to get rid of the little fat roll in front of the armpit? When I rest my arms down straight with a tank top on I always have this roll that pokes over in the front. thanks

Maintained on vaca!

Run to Wrigley!
Hi - finished a 5k run today at Run to Wrigley and I decreased my time by 45 seconds per mile finishing the race in 32 minutes. I really wanted a solid 10 min mile and got a 10.25, down from 11 mins. It gives me something to keep shooting for. Had a blast! Yahoo!

HELP! Need weight training refresher
Can someone remind me what to do to overall tone better: lighter weights with more reps or heavier weights w/less? I usually mix it up but really want to have my arms really toned in time for tank tops! I'm seeing positive changes but want to make the next month really productive...thanks!

Completed my first 8K today!
So I ran my first race today , the 8K Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago and I had a blast! My time was 55 minutes and I crossed the finish line with a smile on my face. I'm looking forward to the next one. I was hoping for 10 min mile but now I have something to shoot for.

Two Kahlua Drinks sent me over the top!
Yikes! Who knew? I obviously did not have a clue how much sugar and calories Kahlua had in it. Boy did I blow it by having two drinks tonight....Kahlua and milk (fat free) Even the fat free milk didn't make much of a difference. Live and learn. It was yummy but won't be happening again in the near future.

I did it! I am officially signed up for my first race on March 28 - Shamrock Shuffle in Chicago...8k (not 5) YIKES what was I thinking? I am very excited. Sam (my daughter) is coming too! Old Wheezy (me) will be crossing that finish line HAHA . Any tips are appreciated!

Fruit or not to Fruit
I have no trouble eating all my vegies and then some...I love them! However, I just had a nutrition profile tell me that I need more fruit intake. My problem is I am trying to keep the sugar count low to none. What fruits are there with low sugar? Any suggestions would help.
