Yikes! Who knew? I obviously did not have a clue how much sugar and calories Kahlua had in it. Boy did I blow it by having two drinks tonight....Kahlua and milk (fat free) Even the fat free milk didn't make much of a difference. Live and learn. It was yummy but won't be happening again in the near future.

    I'm not much of a drinker any more, but the kaluha drinks are my favorite. As if the holidays aren't hard enough, this year the week after we went on our first cruise. I brain washed myself before we went hearing about how the food would kill you and stayed away from buffets and ordered the healthiest possible. It actually wasn't hard as you had to go to the part of the ship where the food was, but the alcohol was everywhere. If there wasn't a bar where you were, someone was walking around taking drink orderes. My kids saw me "feeling good" like never before. I'm definitly back to skipping the drinks now after gaining 5 pounds!
