I wish I had that problem too!!!! Isn't that how most of us ended up overweight? I'm constantly amazed at how people struggle to eat 1200 calories a day, and ever so slightly jealous :huh:

I do a good 60minute walk on my rest days, but after reading the comments above think I should be looking at strength training. Does everyone rate Jillian Michaels? Her name seems to crop up a lot :-)

Wow! That's some going! Running that much, that often - I hope I can get there! Week one is going great, just done my second day and actually felt like I could have carried on!! Such a difference from the first day. Feeling quite excited that there may be a runner in me yet!! :-)

I did this today. My second day of week 1. I slowed my run right down and did the leaning forward thing. I felt so much better and happier with my performance. Thanks for the tips! :-)

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your replies :-) Well day one of C25K is done!! It was pretty hard going at first... think as a couple of you have said, that I was perhaps trying to run too fast.
