Sardines. Beef jerky. Nuts. Salmon patties ... I make mine from the Wheat Belly Thirty-Minute or Less Cookbook, which uses coconut and almond flours instead of the breadcrumbs you would usually use (I'm gluten-free). Maybe you can find an easy patty recipe on web.

Okay, I sure need some motivation. SW. 180 (last week) CW 180 (first weigh-in. OUCH) GW. 175 UGW 155 Tracking has showed. Me the error of my ways. Too few calories, too little protein, too little exercise and too much fat, too many carbs.
