dress 4 hands down. dress 1 is nice but 4 is more flattering to your legs. dress two looks too stuffy and dress 3 is too busy.

i dont think it matters as long as you weigh at the same time, in the same way as previous times. so if you like to go in your birthday suit, after you do your business (lol) then your good.
