1/2 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup Almond Milk 3/8 cup lowfat Vanilla yogurt 1 cup fruit (I use mixed berries) Put all in a mason jar overnight. Mix in the morning and add 1 tsp. raw honey. Calories are about 325.

Hi all....been on MFP for awhile and this is my first time joining a group. Training for a half marathon next month. Hope to log 80 miles running this month. So far, I'm at 15.
