I've taken RK-500 raspberry ketones. I take 2 twice a day. This is a pretty high amount of raspberry ketones. I like it-- it makes me warm and gives me a moderate boost of energy. There are a lot of nay-sayers but I say do what you like. I like them and they are cheap to buy. That's what I recommend.
