Just a few suggestions for your meals from today... maybe add a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter to your banana? For lunch instead of a turkey salad make it a wrap or the actual sandwich, and add avocado. I would try to incorporate another snack like greek yogurt and sprinkle in almonds or walnuts. If you want to cut back on carbs I have found the best thing to do is fill up on lean protein and veggies. You don't want to cut carbs out, this site is all about everything in moderation. I ran a half marathon last November... I would say make sure you are only doing one 'long rung' a week. The other runs in the week should be maintenance runs, like 3-5 miles. Good luck!!

I found the HRM and the treadmills i run on at the gym and my work gym are not too far off. I know a lot of people have seen huge differences. I see a pretty big difference on the elliptical though, I never burn as many cals as those machines say i do.

Spring Rolls!! Go light on the dipping sauce. A lot of Thai places have really yummy salads, and they toss the salad with the dressing, ask for light dressing or on the side.

I get some good quality dark chocolate... that usually gets me through. Just don't buy the bag of Dove dark chocolate pieces.... i made that mistake once hahaha
