  • I'm doing power 90 as well. I'm not really tracking what day I'm on. I'm just trying to do it at least 5 times a week along with watching what I eat. I've been doing it about a month though and I've lost 5 pounds so far.
  • I plan to exercise five days a week (I'm doing power 90), packing my lunch and snacks everyday and drinking only water and unsweetened tea. I hope I can make it!
  • Hi, this is my first challenge. I'm 6' 3" and my weight is currently about 206 pounds. I'll weigh when I get home today to be sure. My aim is to lose about 9 pounds. That will take me under 200! :happy:
