I hope it's okay too hijack this a little. I'm wanting the same as the OP. My question is, can I wear a hrm all day and night to get a truly accurate measure of my daily calories burned? Our, it's it better to use a fitbit for daily use and hrm just for workouts?

My Poore treadmill is about 7 years old and I cannot put any info into it.

Can you get a decent HRM that is wrist only or do I need one with a chest strap to be truly accurate? I just can't imagine a chest strap being very comfortable.

Yeah and I'm afraid (not sure that it's a bad thing) that I've started doing that... I got to 200 ish pretty quick. But the scale has stalled out there. Part of it is on my weightlifting days my workouts have become more intense (less reps / heavier weight) and so I think I'm adding on muscle as fast as I'm loosing…

School will really get hard if your living under a bridge. Find a job that can be flexible. And next time line up your next job before quitting your old one.
