  • Yeah I would just focus on how your clothes are fitting. If you have a pair of pants that fit when you were at your ideal weight that can be the way you measure your progress.
  • Until the fat is gone you probably won't see the abs. If you keep up the good work, once the fat is gone you will see all the muscle that you have built up underneath. There is really no way to "spot train", that is to remove fat in just one area. but increasing your muscle mass in general will increase your metabolic rate…

  • I don't think you have to eat them. They are a bonus in my opinion. But be sure not to eat too few calories like under 1000 or something for the whole day. You will not feel good and your body will adjust by slowing down its metabolism in order to conserve energy. Sounds like you are doing well!
  • I personally like this whole idea of counting calories, or points or whatever. This way you get to eat all of the foods you love and you can maintain it for a lifetime. If you go on Atkins and lose weight, then start eating like a normal human being again, you end up gaining the weight back. You also put yourself at risk…
  • Yes, set your goals on here. Try to get off to a strong start to stay motivated. Exercise is great but remember that it's cutting your calories that's going to make the pounds fall off. Input every food into this website and you will see what you can eat. If dinner is a special meal, I put it in first so I know how many…
