Go see a doctor/nutritionist and get physio.

You never mentioned your sleep habits which would be the most important thing for fatigue... well recovery in general is the most important thing IMO. A week off is always needed I do it twice a year when I go away with the wife! 100% wait until youre done and see how much stronger you are and feel!

Hire someone!

Yup! Extreme weight loss for her would be around 800 calicoes assuming she's around 25 yrs old ... you don't know the situation so you can't say "don't go under 1200 calories" but keep giving advice with next to no details to people based on your opinion ;)
-
What's your sleep like? if it's not 8 hours find a way to get them. Recovery is the most neglected thing. Because of the lack of motivation (although I always say this) hire someone, if you're paying $500 for someone to help you for 8-12 weeks you're more likely to follow and stick to it cause you're spending your $$$ on…

Waste of money, just buy some caffeine pills and pop one before you workout it's $5 for 200 servings vs $50 for 30 servings. Most of the other stuff in them are super under dosed so although they are good for you.. it's at a dosage that will do nothing for you. The $$ is better spent hiring someone to do your nutrition or…

I'd never be able to do it jesus, can't tell without your age also... Go see your doctor and a nutritionist, go over everything with them and follow what they say - Don't come back here and ask if you should listen to them ;) ... I don't know of anyone who is a professional on here (if they are a professional and on here…

People take this the wrong way, it's about loving yourself and not putting up with bullies, it's not promoting anything but being okay with who you are (no matter if you're 100lbs or 300lbs - people seem to forget this). To think someone shouldn't feel comfortable and happy with themselves no matter what their weight is…

I'd increase protein not just carbs, not allot of details to provide much info. Do lots of research is the best advice I can say, don't bank opinions on here as fact or based on science. Learn about nutrition and then what workouts work best for you given your limited time. 30 minutes a day is better then 0 minutes a day…
-
Take it as a learning lesson to not do it again, it's not the end of the world as long as you're within your caloric goal you're fine.
-
Yeah it's not true though, it's just bro science ;)

Use the power rack and setup the bars to catch the weight and so that you can still get out from under it. Easier for you to feel confident on increasing the weight and not worry about bottoming out. My bench stalled out at 285lbs ... I stopped trying after a year of trying to reach 315lbs.. probably doing something wrong…
-
It typically stems from the assumption that your body can only process so much protein per meal. I think they say like 25-30 grams anything more isn't used. Comes from the bodybuilding community.
-
Sleep would be the issue not much details on it but it's like the most important thing that ppl neglect all the time. You need 8 hrs... so figure out a way to get them ;)
-
You have an unhealthy relationship with the scale, you need to focus on how you look in the mirror instead. You can gain or lose 8lbs a day.. it's even worse for woman and even more likely around your menstrual cycle. You gotta get over it before it effects your life and happiness.

Enjoy your vacation/ life and don't worry to much about it. I went on vacation with my wife while cutting and still working out everyday ... it's not fun for those you're with. Also some time off is always good. No idea your deficit so hard to say what you need to do to jump back into maintenance .. from the amount you…
-
You're going to get a million opinions. I'd say focus on lifting weights and do a recomp... I wouldn't use the scale at all for success given your current stats and pic. Go see a nutritionist and hire a trainer... remember you should interview the trainer .. it's a job you have the right to ask questions and interview…

For like 4 years ;) don't get carried away like I did lol have gone from 180 - 261lbs to fluffy now so time to stop but huge improvements.
-
Hire a coach.... you can't change the size of your hips, also not sure if you're doing a vacuum in the pics or not? doing one will falre out your lats making you look "bigger" top side. Anyways a coach is the way to go.
-
Hire a coach, NO ONE on here is an expert at all .... lots of people think they are but they really aren't. It's more like searching for reaffirmation for what you want to do. A real coach or one worth hiring is to busy with their clients to respond to stuff like this. Google Boom Boom performance - I have no affiliation…

You need to research more on just how important sleep is and what your body does during the process. There is tons of information out there. Recovery is one of the most important things so you're 100% wrong with your assumption/ comment (this reads rude but not meant to be just stating info)

Just deal with it being hungry for a few days you'll adjust after like 3 days... it could be more of a routine thing then you're actually hungry. I go to bed hungry at times it's not that big of deal... suck it up princess.
-
One cheat meal or day of over eating can set you back 3 days typically. Give yourself a week to just get back to where you where a few days ago. Doesn't really seem worth it now does it?
-
Just google it and read. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/intermittent-fasting-guide
-
I think that's a you thing, or like it's just something you want to share with your partner... however it's not necessary. My wife and I eat completely different and she's not about "that gym life" but like she's my BFF and source of happiness in life... idk maybe it's more when you meet the right person none of this stuff…

Congratulations!!!

No - end thread

You should hire someone

Go ask your doctor and not the internet.

Because you're heavier more weight comes off and allot quicker. When you go from super inactive to super active it's a huge shock ... Personally wouldn't restrict calories so much as you have a long way to go... it's like what happens when you lose 70lbs? you need to eat what 1400 calories? then lose another 50lbs... then…
