Help pls MYAC-ers. I 'joined' the group and set up my ticker the other day - but i can't work out how i get back to it so that i can add on my miles. I walked 2miles today so am keen to get off zero - so if anyone can advise how on earth i do it i'd be massively grateful. Thanx :-) xx

Ditto - i had them too - mainly from walking - weirdly when i tried running i was fine. Spoke to the sports shop when i went for new shoes - i did get new shoes - but she also advised to take more notice of the way you step - if you strike hard with your heel or don't run/walk with a stright foot-fall then it encourages…

I'm in too - MYAC - what a great idea. Put me down for 30 as my first time - following in Been2Bostons footsteps i figure a mile a day is a sensible place to start. Now all i need to do is remember to track it, & find out how you get one of those lovely tickers :-)

Great idea - Goals for the month :-) Mine will be:- - drop 5+lbs - start & finish 30DS - ditch the 3pm chocolate break (swapping for grapes/fruit instead) .... That'll do for starters .... Good Luck for October goals MFP-ers :happy:

I got headphone that are basically ear buds but with a bit that hooks over your ears - works really well & are comfortable to wear as well.

Don't waste your money - i downloaded the 5K101 (look it up on google) and its a couch to 5K programme that u can download to your phone for free. I'm up to week three now - having started from really not being a runner at all, i'm now finding i'm looking forward to the challenge each week brings adn am enjoying running…
