I don't use an HRM but I estimate my calories to be in the 300-400 calorie range. Just wanted to ask you if you keep your HRM on after your workouts as well, because with weight lifting, you are still burning calories afterwards quicker than usual!

holy ****!! this is amazing!!!! You have come so far and are an inspiration!! Best of luck with your journey!

My favorite class!! I go 2-3 times per week :) Has had amazing effects on my body, I've been doing it for more than 6 months regularly now, I use to have cellulite on the back of my thighs and I now have no cellulite and lean legs. I absolutely love this class and believe it is the reason for most of my results. Keep at it…

Hey! I'm 5'9'' and my starting weight was 182 lbs. My goal was 155 and I have reached it. I just set a new goal for 150 and that is probably going to be my weight-related goal! My size at 155 is medium shirts and size 8 pants.

It looks like you are eating healthy and definitely getting enough exercise.... I would try making sure you are eating enough. One of your days you only ate about 1400 calories but you burned 1300 in exercise, you only net 100 calories!! That is super low and by the looks of it you are not fueling your body enough. Another…

Amazing transformation!! Look how happy you look now!! :D Definitely an inspiration, keep up the amazing work!!

Ya I re-calculated it, you are right. The website I used listed activity level and the first choice was "Desk job" and so I put that because I am sitting for most of the day but then I didn't realize it didn't ask me about exercise after that. Going to try upping by a couple hundred. Thanks

I'll find the website I used and let you know ^

Awesome! Thank you!

Do you think 15% below TDEE is a good deficiency? or should I switch to 10% below?
-
Thank you ^^ started my protein powder 2 weeks ago, just started doing spinning class on regular basis, I do lifting 2-3 times per week and I usually always stay at my 15% deficiency for calories. Guess I'll give it some time and see how it goes!

Nice! Your from Moncton! :) I'm from Halifax if you want to add me as a friend! Anyways, If you go to atlantic superstore they have a huge protein powder Exact brand chocolate. It's not the best tasting but it's only 20-25 dollars and it lasts a long time. I usually use almond milk (Almond Fresh Unsweetened - 35 calories…

Wow, you guys look hot! Congrats on your transformations!

This^^ do it! That happened to me as well, increased my calories and lost, twice I did this!
-
Just give it some time.. Patience is key. "A lot of people give up when progress is slow, without knowing that small progress, is progress." Just keep at it and it will happen!!

Zumba is awesome and a lot of fun. Definitely a good work out if you push yourself. There are some people in my zumba classes who just kind of stand there and tap their feet. You need to make sure you are doing full body movements, just keep your feet moving at all times. You can burn around 500-600 calories per hour if…

eat more! up your calories by a couple hundred. I was stuck at 163 and did this and got to 158 in less than 2 weeks! Give it a try!

The home I lived in as a child. I miss the backyard! and No responsibility - not a care in the world!

I love zumba too but I have come to the realization that it's not going to get any harder. I simply stopped doing it so much..... I've realized it's not going to make my body change anymore since I'm too use to it.... I started trying other classes, I enjoy body pump, spin class and step. Perhaps you would like some of…

LOVE this idea!!!! I absolutely love my boyfriend, we've been together for almost 3 years and I know he's the one. He is my best friend, I can literally talk to him about everything, I find myself looking over at him if were watching a movie or just relaxing and I smile to myself knowing how lucky I am. Never believed in…

It's ok!! Just get back to it today :) Yesterday is in the past! Nothing you can do to change it except work harder today :)

If you really want to play monopoly... just get a coffee/tea in the mornings! There are two puzzle pieces of 1 large!

2 boiled eggs or two boiled egg whites! I just get rid of the yolk... and then I have my protein shake as well made with almond milk (only 35 cals per cup)! Keeps me full until lunch time!
-
Not a big deal........ I have days where I will only eat egg whites and days where I'll eat 1 egg white and 1 whole egg... your body needs some type of fat to function properly and to help you lose fat. If your not getting fat, your body will hold onto the fat you have stored. Anyways, 1 egg white on average is 17 calories…

Try protein shakes!! They are an easy way to get good calories in!! Eventually your weight will come to a standstill and your metabolism will slow down if your not eating enough!! Definitely just try munching on foods that are high in calories but good for you like protein shakes, peanut butter, almonds... ect :)
-
Looks great!! and awesome workout at the gym! I didn't add up all the calories but just make sure you are netting enough calories since you did burn a lot of calories during your 2 hour workout.
-
2 boiled eggs & half a grapefruit! protein shakes are always good too! also, if you don't want the fat from the whole egg then just do 3 egg whites instead!

Thank you all so much! and Yes, I've been counting calories and exercising (4-5 days a week for an hour, mainly doing zumba and bodypump classes!) I find lifting weights is what help changed my body dramatically and highly recommend it! For the first 10-12 pounds I was using what MFP recommended (1250 cals per day) then I…
