Yeah, it could've been anything from earlier that week, so it's a toss up basically.

I've got no idea what I ate, or what happened. The, for lack of better words, diarrhea is still slight, so I am hoping it is just my body trying to get back to normal, its been 12 days thought and it sucks.

Break of my five year relationship, and I quit being vegan and went crazy on mac and cheese.

This. If you're on a vacation, just enjoy. Don't restrict because you're scared. Enjoy in moderation.

It sounds like you have a pretty good case of food anxiety. If you're 5'5", and only weigh 105, that is very small. It's also really scary that you try to hide your weight from your doctor, that should be an alarm to you. I know it is hard to do, but you have to stop worrying so much about food, and working out. If you…

You don't need a gym membership to lose weight. I've lost 20lbs and have done all my work at home, through running, and through free videos and apps, with equipment I've bought from sporting goods stores, it's amazing how much can be done with a yoga mat, a couple variations of dumb bells, and a kettle bell or two.

I have a pair of Nike Free 4.0 v3's and I LOVE them. They're great. Very light weight and supportive. Have put 200+ miles on them so far and they've held up super well. The thing about the Free series though is that 3.0/4.0/5.0 are different thickness levels, but the overall trend is a more "natural" feel. Def recommend…

you didn't get here (MFP) having a hard time getting to 1200 calories, so it shouldn't be that hard.

I'm 5'3.5" and started at 150.5, and am currently at 131.4, my goal is 120-125, so close! I started in July 2013 and maintained for a few months and am back at it full steam as of late, ready to get off the last few pounds. I eat TDEE method, 1550 give or take 100cals or so for wiggle room. I run 3-5 days a week (8-10…

One of my favorite songs to listen to when i go running is Lady Gaga "Do What U Want", I also like old Britney Spears and really anything with a high tempo.

I only lost three pounds last month, and I run 3-6 days a week, on top of doing pilates and yoga 4-6 days a week. 5 pounds in one month is great, keep going!

I'm between 5"3.5" and 5'4"... currently at 134.6 (I had to have my boyfriend hide my scale from me:yawn: , so it might be lower... we'll see where I am in another few weeks!), and would like to get back to 125, maybe even 120. Started at about 150.

You can make any recipe "clean" just know healthier substitutes for basic ingredients.

Thanks, this sounds like me, hopefully. Being a lady really sucks sometimes. :flowerforyou:

128, 125 ideally. Currently at 134.4. So close!

That was VERY rude. This girl is looking for help, not rudeness.

That's what I do as well. Got down to 136 and then it jumped back up to 141, to 140, back down to 139, etc. Frustrating indeed.

Pump Up is also a good app.

These are great. You can keep the breading on there, but when I made them I used 100% whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs from Kikkoman. Much better.

Don't be afraid of the weight room! I was scared of it too, until I just hopped on a machine and starting going! If you need help on things, bodybuilding.com is a great resource, they have a HUGE exercise library. I am still lifting light too, only just bought 8lb dumbbells! No shame, lifting light is better than not…

Well you look awesome! I am about the same starting weight as you, I'm about to hit 140 down from 150 and hope to get back down to 125.

Look great! How tall are you?
