Why would you want to do that? Makes no sense.
-
There you go. ALWAYS weigh EVERYTHING you eat.
-
Ignore it. It wont affect your weight-loss if you hit your macro targets/calorie target.
-
Do you weigh everything you eat?
-
Seems like iOS maybe the problem then, not your FitBit. Do you synch it with your computer aswell?

I once even had a creepy guy from gym waiting for me in the parking lot after my sesh. It's life. :flowerforyou:

Ich lebe auch in Deutschland und ich spreche fließend Deutsch! :)

Exactly my thoughts. I've learnt that often the girls that are inscure or can't/don't want to speak for themselves are into "bad" boys. Real men know how to treat a woman. There's no way I would settle with someone who doesn't respect me or treated me badly.

Nope. A measuring tape is fairly inaccurate, too. It only measures size in comparison to weight, height, etc. So it could actually give someone who's bigger due to fat the same result as someone who is bigger due to muscle mass. I would recomment using a caliper. They're quite cheap and you can do it on your own. There's…

Yes.

I'm a speak-what's-on-my-mind person, I'd rather talk than write a letter to be honest. But I still think everyone likes receiving them.

Every day.

You WILL lose it if you are consistent with lifting and keep on eating at a decent deficit.

He obviously doesn't want you to help him. Just let him be & MAYBE one day he will decide to change. But that's totally up to him & you should accept & respect that.

I've not read the answers to be honest because just there's just too many. But there's NO food that's bad on a diet.

I used to use it A LOT back when I was in school and then again when I coached a football team, because FB groups are an easy way to reach a lot of people at once now that everyone's got a smartphone. I'm not on it anymore because it just got SUPER boring. I'd never post or comment anything on it anyways so the only…

Not in NZ, but anyways: The Polar ones are pretty good, I've used my FT7 for nearly 8 months now and am totally happy with it. Cost me around 100€, so it might be a bit more pricey in $, not sure though. If you want to use it in the water I think you'll have to look after something that's especially made for that purpose.…

Weekly Check-In (Bit late on a Tuesday) Name: Jenn Date: 7-16-2013 The Good Diet - Weekly average of calories & macros was pretty close to my goals. Fitness - Started doing dumbbell cleans (would rather do them with a bb but my wrist wont let me) and set a few new PRs. Adding more cardio into my routine went pretty well.…

Yup.

All. The. Time.

Hell no. I'm German, I eat LOADS of bread. Every day. ;)
-
Aren't those exercises with a very small range of movement?
-
^ Yup. I just let them make their experiences. Fad dieters are usually the people that want to put as little effort in as possible. They think hard work could be replaced with some crazy low cal diet but they all sooner or later will find out that hard work is the only way. So I just shut up and let them do their thing.
-
I'm very happy with my Polar FT7, too. I've never had any issues with it.

Actually doens't matter as long as it fits your calories. Just go for what you like. What do you consider "healthy"?
-
According to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ you're not even eating your BMR (= calories your body would need if you were in a coma). Use a calculator, for example the one I linked you to above, to work out your numbers and adjust them on MFP.
-
^ Agreed.

When I started I was using a machine in my gym where you can use weights "to stand on" so you don't have to pull your whole body weight up. It took me quite some time until I could do a proper pull up and even now I can only do 4-5. Takes some patience I guess. :)
-
Play around with foods you like in your diary. I personally think it's easier not to divide the daily goal into meals of the same 'size'.
-
All I know is that MFP seems do over estimate burned calories pretty badly, but I don't know how much you should substract by that so it makes sense. Maybe try one or two other online calculators and use the average.
