This. They are all estimations. Especially if you use devices that don't base the calorie burn on your HR. That's why so many people use the TDEE-method instead of eating back calories.

You can't gain muscle if all you do is cardio. It is either a fluctuation or you are under estimating your intake/over estimating your TDEE. Do you weigh everything you eat/drink with a food scale?

This would mean that 3,000 cals is your maintanence, though. If OP was eating 3,000 cals a day and was gaining weight, dropping cals to 2,000 a day doesn't even have to mean they're in any deficit at all.

You do realise that fruits, especially dried ones, actually are pretty high in sugar? OP: Look for an online TDEE calculator, calculate your estimated TDEE -5% to -20% (depending on how much you have to lose), eat that amount for a couple weeks and adjust from there.

That doesn't make any sense, though. Even if your taste buds do change doesn't mean you eat less calories. On another note, why would I want to make my taste buds change? Having the option to choose between a wide variety of foods is luxury in my opinion. If you want to lose weight eat less calories than you burn. Tada.

Your sugar intake simply has no effect on your weight loss. You lose if you burn more calories than you eat. Sugar is a carbohydrate. Hit your carb goal and you're fine.

When cutting vegs or fruits the amount of cut pieces HAS to be a even number. I can't stand it if I cut e. g. a bell pepper and end up with 3, 5, 7, or whatever pieces.

There is no such thing as "kickstarting a diet". No VLCD is going to benefit your fat loss (unless you are obese and losing weight quickly is recommended because of health issues).

I don't get why you're asking for low fat, low cal snacks when you're doing low carb (= more fats) and say you don't get in enough calories?

Losing fat isn't even the purpose of a detox. A detox is meant to "clean your system" (your body flushes out toxins etc. on it's own, though). No, it's not safe. No, it won't make you lose a noticeable amount of fat.
