i just realized i haven't been in a suit in like 2 years... is it okay to wear black shoes with a navy suit? i hope so i don't have any brown shoes...

    Good question. I have always been told no, but what shoes do you wear with a navy suit if you can't wear black shoes?

    THANKS everyone...and i did dig up some black socks too after realizing most of my dress socks were tan and that at least i knew was a NO NO

    Brown shoes are fine, too, as long as the belt is the same colour.
