Topless women in thongs everywhereeeeee.

^ This. Years of playing football (or soccer, whatever tickles your fancy) have made it natural to get naked in front of people (women at least). I go in mixed saunas on the regular. As long as I don't meet my boss there I don't currrr.

Der Sinn ist mir ein Rätsel.

I can totally relate. I'm 22 and 5'2 aswell, I sit on my bum at work all day and my TDEE is around 1,650-1,850, depending on how active I am. It is possible to lose the weight without exercise. I wouldn't recomment it though because your body will lose a fair amount of muscle aswell as fat. Strength training and eating…

Running is not going to "tighten" your body. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

Don't do it. Just make sure you're in a reasonable deficit, get the proper amount of macro and micro nutrients and work out. Voilá.
-
Why not? You're meant to. 1,2k is already very, very low. You might even be eating below your BMR without all the cardio you do, so your daily net is definetely way too low.
-
Being "stuck" is when you haven't lost any weight in a couple weeks. It is only normal that weight loss slows down the closer you get to your goal. It is also normal that the weight seems to drop off when you just start to eat at a deficit as your losing mainly water. ^ And this.
-
Since when haven't you lost any weight? On a side note, I would recommend to incorporate more strength training. Cardio is really not necessary to lose fat.
-
Vibrams for pretty much everything.
-
It all depends on intensity etc., but generally cardio burns more than lifting. Don't forget that all these calculators only give you a rough estimate. The only way to be somewhat accurate is to eat a certain amount of calories, keep an eye on your weight/BF% and make adjustments.
-
When using the TDEE method, you are not supposed to eat back your exercise calories as these are already added back into your daily goal (that's why you have to state an activity level).
-
Not sure praising VLCD's is the way to go. OP. It's only natural that you lose weight fast when you first start to eat in a deficit. It's mostly water weight coming off. As long as you make sure to hit your calorie target/be in a calorie deficit, you can not gain actual weight. What you are mentioning there are just…

Practise. I have a bible cyst in my right wrist and the only way I can do push ups is to do it on my knuckles. You'll get used to it and if it actually helps with your wrist pain you should put some effort into practising it.

Myth. To reduce "stubborn abdomen fat" you'll have to lower your body fat %.

^ I got all my wisdom teeth out at once and couldn't eat proper food for almost 3 weeks due do issues with the wounds. I made sure to drink plenty of juice and chocolate pudding was my best friend.

Don't eat crazy low calories. Hit your macro targets. Get enough fiber & micros. And build foods into your daily allowance that you enjoy. If you know that restricting yourself causes you to binge, quit it. There is no need to eat a 100% "clean" diet (however you may define that).
-
I'd say those are indices, not definite evidence.
-
^ Ketone strips. Only way to make sure.
-
That's just not true. You gained weight because you ate more than your body burned. Not because of the sugar. Sugar = carbs. Why should a smoothie be bad for you? Would it be bad if you just drank a cup of milk and ate 5 strawberries and 1 banana? No. As long as you hit your macro targets and you get enough fiber and…

Aww darn. I thought this was about calories in sweets being curious. ^ This, though.
