There is an app called "Everyday" where you take a selfie everyday and it puts it into a slideshow for you. Pretty handy if you are trying to track changes in your face due to weight loss. Keeps all the pics in one place together. I use it and like it a lot. It's a couple bucks to download.

I just started doing lunchtime workouts. My company provides a gym downstairs free of charge to employees so before I eat my lunch I go down and do 30 minutes on the elliptical. I don't have to wake up early just to get a workout in and I don't have to fool with it after work. It's perfect!

You're worried about 2 pounds?? I can fluctuate between 3-5 pounds on any day. Water weight, my period, etc. Throw the scale out. It's only there to make you feel bad. I use my clothes and how I look in the mirror to judge how much I'm losing. If I feel I've lost a lot, like I've gone down a pant/dress size I will weigh…
