  • The problem is that MFP includes the calories you would have burned if you hadn't done the exercise and adds those. It should subtract them from your additional exercise. Best way to fix that is to get a fitness band (Jawbone, Fitbit, etc.) or something.
  • I can't, Spandex and jeans tend to stretch and my tops are baggy enough to accommodate several size increases!
  • Yup, that's me. It's especially frustrating when I don't appreciate my weight loss and only realise how much weight I'd lost when I gain weight and then see a picture from when I was thinner!
  • People for whom English is a second language tend to spell better than those for whom it's their first language. It makes sense; those learning it as a foreign language learn to spell words before they pronounce them, and for those for whom it's their first language it's the other way around.
