Log in everyday... and don't take breaks, otherwise the weight might come back on. Exercise too.

Keep up the good work. You will meet your goals if you keep on going and stay motivated. 1 to 2 pounds a week is a good start.

Cucumber, Hard boiled eggs, peas, scallion, light mayo, salt and pepper, dash of olive oil. Makes a super yummy salad. Make homemade tomato soup, stewed tomatos, use them cut up in homemade macaroni and cheese.

Start weight training and building muscle. Muscle burns more calories. Try doing it 3 times a week along with 20-30 minutes of cardio.
