We eat pretty much the same foods in my house. Even my 11 month old. We get lots of cheese, good for my son. And ice cream is always in our freezer lol

I log everything. It's not,always about how much you're eating but WHAT you're eating. Sodium, carbs, your vitamins. This site lets you see your intake of everything for the day. Not just calories. I could eat under my calorie goal all the time but if my body isn't getting everything it needs then I'll never lose…

It takes into consideration the number of calories your body needs to just live. Heat beat, breathing, etc... I'd stick with what it says! The site is pretty snazzy. And like others have said, it'll adjust as needed for you. :) Good luck!!

Alot of what you notice will depend on your current situation. Do you have alot of weight to lose? Or are you working out to define/tone/maintain? Tho I'm sure if you keep at it you'll start to notice changes! :) good luck

If you weigh yourself at the same time of day/week then essentially the weight lost is the same amount. I think the best time is in the am, before you eat. Then it stays consistent. :)

Are you substituting sugar for chemical sweeteners? Ie, aspartame or even splenda, sucrose, etc? I get migraines too and artificial sweeteners always bring them on for me. Almost instantly. I cant even chew gum with it. And I'm out for hours. Sometimes days. I can't take my normal migraine meds cause I'm nursing... They…

You're totally right. It has to be though of as a lifestyle change. And that's why I've chosen to follow a clean eating plan... It's easy to incorporate with my family (husband doesn't think it's all diet food and what's better for my almost one year old to be eating, right?) And move more. And drink all the water you can.…
