I personally don't count anything but water (plain ol' water) as my water intake. But that's just me.

I agree. Eat the whole food, full fat stuff. Avoid diet products (they're so full of crap anyways). The healthy fats will do your body and metsbolism good. :)

I think my issue would be the energy boost I get a few hours after I workout. I wouldn't be able to sleep. But for you, plan a simple post workout snack. Smoothie, whichever and have it ready before you workout. Then its there when you're done. Should be ok until you wake up! :)

I tend to want to graze in the afternoons... It used to be boredom but now as a stay at home mom, its clearly a habit... Sigh. Im trying to consciously make myself do other things. I tend to want to eat when i feel like im losing control of something too.

Moving back in three weeks! I walk lots with my son, and we swim. I do a large variety of exercises at home too. Stay at home mommy, who will be starting up a handmade fashions "business" for little girls. :)

Our bodies are good at telling us what it needs. If you're not hungry, don't worry too much about it. Eating for the sake of eating is something I had t stop doing!! I have my calorie goal set at a number I'm happy with and I do NOT eat back calories burned. Unless I'm feeling a little off. If I need to eat, I eat!

I try to eat clean as much as possible. Splenda or other sweeteners are definitely not a clean food... I still occasionally use the odd ingredient that is not necessarily "right from then source" but I know I make a conscious effort to avoid chemicals, GMO foods, nitrates and preservatives. We even limit our meat intake…

Th materials I'm finding online (since I'm not paying for it at the moment) are mainly points plus. As long as its consistent, it gives me better control over what I'm eating/day. Counting calories put a negative spin on it for me, where with WW, the points are much more positive. I did WW years ago and did really well. So…

Yeah, it's a discussion. Alot of people are getting awfully "into" wether or not someone is fat... All I was saying is that she is "healthy" in the sense that she feels good, is happy, etc etc... I don't know what's going on inside her body... Noe does anyone else.... Sigh.

I just started to eat. It took a while, but now I have to or I feel horrible. And I beg to differ that my statement "150%" incorrect. Based on what I've read, and on what's working for me, I firmly believe you need to "fuel" your body. So EVERYTHING works properly. Thanks.

Part of this has to do with keeping your metabolism moving. If you dont eat enough and often enough, you'll slow it down and it won't burn properly. Not eating enough also leads to "binging" later. I gained the bulk of my weight during a time when I ate barely nothing all day... I'm losing more weight eating meals/snacks…

I really hope it gets "easier" in the sense that I csn feel myself being able to do the moves better. I had to stop alot of the moves a but sooner than the full counts. And some of the bursts of cardio I had a difficult time completing. I did modified on most moves, but really tried to do everything as long as I could. I…

Try and get him as involved as you can. My little guy is only a year and luckily I csn workout while he naps. But we go to the park and I walk with him everyday. Maybe your nephew and you can "race" at the park, or take him swimming at a local pool and try and move lots in the water!!

Ok. I did my first day of Jillian's ripped in 30. Holy crap lol! I did it this morning and my stomach hurts already. And I couldn't even complete the full sets of some things. I will do it until Thursday (I'm going away for two weeks and won't be able to do my workout videos there...) but I'm bringing my resistance bands…

Every body type is different. If she's healthy, happy, successful... Then let her be "fat". I don't look at her and think she's "obese". Sure. She's a bit bigger. But there are alot of people who are "smaller" or taller, or shorter or large. Sigh. This is a sad topic. Lol
