When you do, do you do it after the workout or do you spread them onto all of your meals that particular day?

Just finished my first week without chocolate. I think focusing and sharing my commitment really help me doing this. 19 weeks to go for my 20-weeks-without-chocolate-challenge.

I wish it was only right after the gym. It is really all day long. Even if I feel full, I tend to continue eating of reasons I do not know. Needless to say, I do not get defined biceps this way. I can do hard spinning or aerobics classes without getting this hungry. It is really just from weightlifting. Find it peculiar…

I'm for the Marathon, too, but I have scheduled it for next summer :-) Hope you can share som of your experience. It is strange, I always hated running until two years ago. And now I'm in for a challenge :-) Good luck with your Marathon. You are doing a great job!
