I'm a chocaholic..
...there's no other way to put it, I act like an alcoholic when it comes to chocolate. I find myself hide my chocolate from my family; in the closet or in a drawer, where I know they will not look. I hide the wrapping from my colleagues and I am truly ashamed I can binge so much chocolate. 2014 will be the year where…

So, I will have to break this bad habit, to be a good role model for my children! I tend to eat a lot of chocolate if I'm stressed out, get too little…

Cannot do weight training without getting an enormous apetit
I always wanted defined armmuscles, but every time I start weight training I also start kinda binge eating, because I feel hungry 24/7. So strange. Running does not do that for me at all. Anyone else share that experience?
