Binging a lot

I'm so frustrated right now. This week was awful; a lot of overeating. Lost control of my intake. Hate it! Will make next week better. Just had to get the steam off.

    Me Too!! Actually it's been a bad 2 weeks for me - so bad that I've put back on more than just a couple of pounds! :sad:
    It happens to everyone - you'll get through it!! :smile:
  • We all have "naughty moments" its just important to put it behind you as soon as you can move on from it, don't dwell on what you've done wrong as it will only make you want to binge to feel better turning into a viscious circle, keep your chin up, you CAN do this! xxx :flowerforyou:

    When you wake up in the morning, put your feet on the ground, take 3 very deep breaths and tell yourself "today will be a good day and I will make healthy choices". It takes less than 30 seconds but will really put you in the right frame of mind. You have done this, you CAN do this. Hang in there chickadee.
