I always wanted defined armmuscles, but every time I start weight training I also start kinda binge eating, because I feel hungry 24/7. So strange. Running does not do that for me at all. Anyone else share that experience?

I get hungry after the gym.
But i know what you mean, because it was more pronounced when I first started training.
Your body burns a lot of cals while lifting, and you need to eat afterwards so your muscles can grow.
Just learn to control how much you eat afterwards. Look for quality carbs and a lot of protein.
And drink some water. A lot of people can confuse thirst for hunger.

Same here. bmontgomery87's comment is a very good suggestion.

I wish it was only right after the gym. It is really all day long. Even if I feel full, I tend to continue eating of reasons I do not know. Needless to say, I do not get defined biceps this way. I can do hard spinning or aerobics classes without getting this hungry. It is really just from weightlifting. Find it peculiar and very annoying!

To add to bmontgomery87's suggestion, make sure you are getting protein into your body after the workout.

Regarding the rest of your diet, try to opt for complex carbs, which will be more filling compared to simple carbs. So instead of white bread, pasta, rice, go for brown variants.

Keep hydrated which is vital and this will help suppress the hunger as well.

Currently your food diary is locked, so we can't have a peek. If you open it up and tell us which meals usually follow your workout maybe we can suggest something slightly more comprehensive.
