Forgot depending on size of banana this could be 163- 193 calories and it's also awesome if you freeze it and eat it as a snack. It will definitely fill you up.

Hey! If you like cinnamon put ground cinnamon in the coffee filter with the coffee. Honey is also a great sweetener for coffee but it is 60 cals for 1 tbsp.
