I totally understand, when I have my period I'm ready to eat everything I have in the house. I like to drink herbal teas, the flavor usually satisfies the need to eat. I also make sure to increase my water intake to try to avoid bloating, and that usually helps me feel fuller if I drink enough water. Also, protein is key.

I'm just about 5 feet tall. I proudly eat around 2,000 calories a day. Since upping my calories from 1200 I've lost inches and become stronger. I celebrated my 1 year anniversary on MFP. I carried a case of water for about a block with ease. I held a 15 pound watermelon with one arm walking around the store. My best friend complimented my bicep muslce slowly appearing. :happy: :drinker:

Eating that little is starving your body. When you don't have any calories to burn, your body starts to store fat and its hard to come off. I eat almost 2,000 calories a day. This is an unhealthy way to try to lose weight. Fuel your body. You wouldn't drive a car on an empty tank of gas, would you?

I had trouble too, in the beginning. I drink a glass when I wake up to start, and then throughout the day I drink out of my aluminum water bottle which holds 2 cups so it's a little easier. This is a really great tool for weight loss, I've tried Weight Watchers before and hated it. I like this because you eat your normal foods you just become more aware of what you're eating. I hope you like it! Feel free to add! I'm on daily! :smile:
