I was taking 150mg before my lapband, and he uped me to 300mg a day. It's helped my emotional eating, but my I WANT it eating.. no.

did you lose the weight quickly?? Usually with us younger people we still have plenty of elasticity in our skin as long as we exercise and weight train during our loss. Im not saying totally firm skin..but as long as we keep with the toning it should slowly shrink..
