I took it for about 9 months. I was always tired, and it seems like I was constantly getting sick and having stomach issues. I stopped back in March.

Thanks yall! I ended up ordering a one piece from swimsuits for all with a terry robe for until I get to the pool. Yall were so helpful. Now, to figure out what is best to do in the pool..besides laps, im sure that gets boring. lol

LOL! My arms recovered yesterday but my thighs are still terrible but definitely not like they were. I'm gonna have to introduce my body slowly to squats. :-D see, i thought the hot tub would help! My hubby pretty much made me get in there because of how bad it was.

Yup, mine started shaking once I got up. I'm trying to stretch a little too. I'm just sore when I'm up and walking but damn when it goes to sitting or getting up. Man its a killer!

Thanks everyone. I think I'm gonna try and just walk it out instead of going hard today. I know I just jumped into the class and didn't warm up myself. The classes warm up consisted of squats with weights already. Lol I'm hoping I didn't pull something but I won't rule it out.

The only thing I do is say "dang, I wish i looked like that!"... If I drank before going to the gym it would be so much easier than putting my big girl panties on and dealing with it! So, Mr. Colors fade nailed it on the head with the comic. LOL

Thanks for the responses. I like the "you're not that important" idea. Because I KNOW people could careless about what I'm doing. It's a completely irrational thing. I'm definitely going! I'll probably just keep repeating in my head "They don't care about you" until I just don't have a need to anymore.

I feel like my marriage may do the opposite. If we both actually lost weight, I think things would be great! But, he refuses to give up Dr. Pepper. Flat out refuses. This kinda stuff is what makes me scared to join a gym, and consistently go. I'm not a gym newbie, but the gym I'd be going to...I would be. All those judging eyes is what makes me hate going.

Well I'm the idiot... I thought you were supposed to go heel to toe. Thankfully I havent gotten any shin splints.. I bought a pair of new balance shoes that really helped my stride, and since I've bought them my shins haven't hurt. *Takes note...."focus on not landing on your heel tonight"*

I'd love this secret too. I think you just have to make it a goal. Im not gonna eat fast food for a week, and then when the weeks over make it a goal for the week after as well. Just have to take strides is what I keep telling myself. :D

I have a blender bottle, but I want something for smoothies too. And hurley, Im really looking for that one! I have some gifts from bed bath and beyond though that need to be taken back but, alas, none of my stores have any myblends. :(

I love cheese. I eat it everyday, and I dont plan on stopping. I agree with a previous poster.. "If it's bad, I dont want to be good". LOL It hasnt affected my weight loss. Oh, and I know when too much cheese..is too much cheese and I avoid it. It's all about portion control.
