This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. If you can't live with what you're doing now, you'll just gain the weight back eventually. Maybe you should re-think your strategy.

I've lost 120 pounds since March without working out. So it is possible but at my age, I'm doing it more for health than to look good. At your age, I would recommend working out. You will look better afterwards. Good luck to you.

1/2 a cup of corn for lunch is not healthy hun. You need meat and some fats. You feel good now but if you keep eating like this, you wont. They tell you to eat a certain amount of calories for a reason. You should never go below 1200 daily. Please eat more.

I've lost 120 pounds without hitting a plateau. I do have occasional cheat days but I don't go too high over my calories. I usually take those days to eat something bad for me that I love. Like Chinese or cheese steak. I think in the long run, everyone's body is different and what works for some, might not work for others.…

120 pounds since March 2012. Started a little higher than 1200 but I've always stuck around that. How fast you lose will depend on how much you have to lose.

I've lost almost 120 pounds since last March and I have a lot of loose skin. I still have about 50 pounds to lose. They say the slower you lose, the less skin you have but at my age, I don't think it would have mattered. It depends on how you're built and how old you are. My daughter who is 24, lost over 60 pounds so far…
