I agree with Lissa, it is only 7 days. For one, you should try and only weigh in one day a week. I am addicted to the scale, so I took the sale away from my home, and only weigh at the gym. Keep going don't stop, it will catch up.

I like the staying in the green challenge. It really make me reflect. I took a look at the overview of my week. And I was in the green one day, with the exception of one day equaling out on protein. all the other days are destroyed by sodium. I have to work on that.

Sitting on the plane comfortably without touching the person next to me because of my thighs. Shopping in more stores...... Not having to sit in the front seat when i go out with friends because i am the biggest. The ability to wrap a regular size towel around me. Smaller boobs, I hope so anyways... Feel better overall.

Currently, I attend three classes a week. Zumba, Basic Aerobics, and Body Pump. Also, I tackle the elliptical, the bikes, and sometimes I am brave and work the stair master. Just dance on kinect is my side hustle when I don't feel like leaving home.
