  • Yes the Polar F7 is awesome. I like the way it give you a little man for every 10 minutes you are in your heart rate zone.
  • I agree, the treadmill is great because you can run and walk. It would be nice to have both. SOLE has a great treadmill, that is what I have. Make sure you get one you can wear a Polar heart rate monitor with then you don't have to keep your hands on the sensors.
  • I love my HRM wear it for every exercise. Your heart rate will start to go down the more you exercise!! Its 220-your age x 60% then 220-your age x 85%.   • I feel your pain. I am 45 and have been watching my calories and road biking 20 miles a day but yet I get on the scale and I am heavier!! Sometimes I think it could be water weight and certain times of the month I am heavier. I am sure you are in good shape and that is the important thing.
  • You measure after its cooked. We just had pork and I measured before and it was 8.30 but after it was 7.30 so definetely after.
